Contact us as soon as practical after the event. We will establish the circumstances of the loss and provide immediate advice.
Assessment
For urgent losses, we arrange a visit straight away. For smaller losses, we guide you on gathering the required information.
Submission
Once we have your documentation, we review it against your policy wording and submit a comprehensive package to your insurer.
Advocacy
Our team liaises with the insurer and loss assessor, keeping you fully informed until a maximum benefit resolution is achieved.

Catastrophe Events (Storm, Flood, Bushfire, Cyclone)
Following major catastrophe events:
- Lodge claims as early as possible.
- Take photographs before clean-up.
- Do not dispose of damaged property until authorised.
- Keep a list of damaged items.
- Keep receipts for emergency expenses.
- Arrange temporary repairs only to prevent further damage.
Many insurers deploy catastrophe response teams following declared events.
